The Tennessee Automated Clearing House Association (TACHA), a nonprofit regional automated clearing house association, was formed in 1975. TACHA is an innovative electronic payments association dedicated to promoting electronic commerce. TACHA currently has over 260 members. With the rapid growth of electronic payments, financial institutions and corporations are becoming increasingly aware of the need for information regarding emerging electronic commerce initiatives and mandates.

2010 Preparation Course (Rule Update and Tabbing session)

This seminar will prepare you and your staff for ACH in 2010. This seminar will cover:

  • Changes to the rules that have taken place over the last calendar year
  • How the rule changes will affect your financial institution
  • The sections of the ACH rule book
  • A basic review of ACH

Attendees will tab the ACH Rule Book for quick reference of the most common ACH issues including: unauthorized returns, return deadlines, return reason codes, RDFI obligations, NOCs, and more. Note: Please remember to bring your 2010 ACH Rules Book to the seminar
