The Tennessee Automated Clearing House Association (TACHA), a nonprofit regional automated clearing house association, was formed in 1975. TACHA is an innovative electronic payments association dedicated to promoting electronic commerce. TACHA currently has over 270 members. With the rapid growth of electronic payments, financial institutions and corporations are becoming increasingly aware of the need for information regarding emerging electronic commerce initiatives and mandates.

2008 ACH Basics and Understanding ACH Returns Seminar

This is a basic ACH course designed to provide the groundwork for understanding ACH from the perspective of the Receiving Depository financial Institution (RDFI). Participants will be introduced to the terms and acronyms that are used in ACH processing and will learn about the many types of ACH transactions.
